Auctions

An auction of individual items takes place here. In order to enter a bid, you must be logged in.

Search

Please note the quick search option at the top of the page. Enter a search term into the box and click on "Go!".

For expanded search options with limitation to manufacturer, or for searching a specific item no., please use the advanced search option.

Login

By clicking on Login/Register you can go to the registration area. Her you can register as a new visitor to this shop. You can also log in, if you are already registered as a customer. Via the large login button you can go to a secure area where you can enter the login data in coded form. This is not possible if you are usong the quick login option at the very top of the page.

After logging in or registering you are welcome in the region My Account.

My account

Under "My Account" you can edit your personal data. In order to be able to make full use of the editing function you must be logged in with your full login name and password. Alternatively, please register yourself in the shop.
Afterwards you have the following options:

• Edit your address(es) and contact information (phone, fax, email)
• View your orders
• Change login and/or password
• View repair orders and send repair orders based on cost estimates.
• View account for down payment
• View bonus account
• Change currency for your shop session

By clicking on Logout the area My Account can be closed.

If you wish to contact us, you will find here our complete address, our phone and fax numbers. Our staff will attend to your message as soon as possible.

Under "Impressum" you will find comprehensive information about our company.

We inform you about the data stored and about the puprose of storing these data. We also explain to you the coding of the data during transmission via internet.

Shopping cart

You will receive detailed information on the content of your shopping cart. For each item the quantity and price are listed. You can start ordering immediately by clicking on "Go to check-out counter".

Ordering process

After you have added the desired products to your shopping cart, you can initiate the ordering process directly from the page showing the contents of your shopping cart.
To go to your shopping cart, please use the link "Shopping Cart" or click on the shopping cart symbol in the upper area of the website.
Please check whether the correct items are contained in your shopping cart. Also check the quantities. You can change the quantity by entering the desired quantity in the box and then clicking on "refresh shopping cart". For deleting an item from your shopping cart click on the symbol with the crossed-out shopping cart. If you wish to add items to your shopping cart, please go to "Home". You can also add itmes via the search option by using the quick order option on the shopping cart page.

If your shopping cart now contains all items you wish to order in the correct quantity, please click on "Go to check-out counter". This will begin the ordering process. It will comprise several steps:

1. Login / Customer details
2. Select payment, redeem vouchers
3. Choose shipping method, check/edit shipping address, add any remarks
4. Check all data, confirm General Terms and Conditions and confirm information on right to revoke, complete order

After you have sent us your order, you will receive an email confirming receipt of the order. Our staff will attend to your order immediately.

Logout

You can log out in the Logout area. Your shopping cart will be emptied and you will leave the My Account area.
